The Ardour B-sides CD is limited to 150 handmade and painted copies, each selling for $7 and coming with a sticker and pin. Some real DIY shit! Though the album came out through Brainfeeder, Teebs is releasing this limited discs through his own My Hollow Drum imprint. The collection was released today on his blog.

1) Daedelus & Gaslamp Killer - Neck Feathers  (Teebs remix)
2) Probably
3) There Is A Difference (autumn's trash)
4) Blessed Assurance
5) Just For You (flipped gaby vocals)
6) Sunrise Remedy (new love)

The free EP, available here, consists of unreleased tracks and alternate cuts from Ardour, as well as a 15 minute radio mix for BBC Radio 1's Mary Anne Hobbs. Both releases are limited, so move quick! Whatever B-side CDs survive the week will be some hand-painted physical copies on sale at the show. The original Ardour, painted by Teebs himself, was gorgeous, so these are must-haves.

Flying Lotus' Brainfeeder label is re-deploying their two foremost beat assassins, Samiyam and Teebs, to heat up the Montreal tundra at the legendary former Zoobizarre, AKA the soon-to-legendary CFC. Both artists are coming off huge projects, including Teebs' spectacular debut album Ardour and Samiyam's collaboration with Flying Lotus, cleverly titled FLYamSAM. It's only appropriate that their ascendance from the underground takes place in the catacombs of CFC.

Samiyam is originally from Michigan and has collaborated with Flying Lotus (on the FlyAmSam project) and has released abstract beat geniusness on Brainfeeder, Hyperdub as well as pumping out lots of great remix work.

Teebsis a visual artist turned musician, he shared an apartment building with mentors Flying Lotus and Samiyam, and he put together his first Brainfeeder release, Ardour, over a two-year stretch. The record has received a lot of props from DJ’s worldwide, tastemakers, mags and even ranked in the top 10 electronic albums by Pitchfork‘s readers.

KENLO will be joining the bill and repping it for all the Quebec and Montreal beat makers. He is a MIMS favorite because he always brings that raw shit to whatever he does. I personally love Kenlo on the mic as much as behind the mixing board. Everything this dude touches turns to cosmic dust!!

Exile’s early exposure to hip hop grew into the desire to create the music he loved himself. At the age of 18, Exile met up with rapper, Aloe Blacc, 16 years old at the time. With a one-button sampler and a four-track they formed Emanon and started making their own albums. Exile, then met 19 year old rapper Blu and together started work on his solo effort Dirty Science, featuring Slum Village, MED and Ghostface Killa. Together they also made the critically acclaimed classic, Blu and Exile -Below The Heavens. After producing tracks for artists such as Mobb Deep, Jurassic 5, Akon and Snoop Dogg; he continues to excel in the art of creating music with his first instrumental album entitled Radio. Radio immediately made an impact, and now we bring you AM/FM.

AM/FM is a collection of reworked/remixed/new compositions and interpretations of Radio tracks. AM/FM features, Alchemist, Evidence, Aloe Blacc, Shafiq Husayn, Samiyam, Blu, DJ Day, Fashawn, Free The Robots, Clutchy Hopkins, Muhsinah, Take, and many more. 21 amazing Exile tracks, that feature friends and inspirational peers which Exile himself has compiled. If you liked Radio, AM/FM will definitely take you through another musical journey
